Xplir was founded with the ambition to disrupt today’s process of producing listed companies’ annual and financial reports. We aim to replace a manual process where the end product is a printed matter, that hardly anyone wants anymore, to a completely digital process characterised by simplicity, logic and information security.
Our leverage is EU’s regulatory format requirements for listed companies’ Annual reports. The technical format for the European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) is iXBRL, which is a web format. If output is web, so should input be.
Effectively we use modern technology to achieve an integrated user flow that cuts half the work effort, reduces costs, complies to the Market Abuse Regulation and ensures the new format requirement.
The team
The team behind Xplir has a background in communication, investor relations, accounting, regulatory compliance and fintech. Our insights comprise a vast understanding of customers’ needs in connection with financial reporting. All of us strive for close customer relationships and we share the ambition to constantly exceed customers’ expectations.

Katarina has over 25 years of experience in leading positions, from investor relations and strategic communication in Swedish listed companies. Including i.e. financial reporting, IPOs, M&A communication and crisis management.

Henrik has over 20 years of experience working with design, branding and communication. He has been nominated for both the Swedish Design Award and the Publishing Prize. His focus is always on solutions that create the most value for the customer.

Seasoned leader with holistic view and a strong technical focus. Background from among others Nasdaq, EQT and Klarna. Deep understanding of the design and development of business-critical applications in the borderland between technology and people.
Agneta Bremander

Regulatory expert, advisor to companies under the supervision of the Financial Supervisory Authority, in areas such as corporate governance and risk management.
Agneta holds a diploma in board workmanship, sustainability strategy as well as Certified Internal Auditor.
